Send this message to all the exiles: This is what the LORD says concerning Shemaiah the Nehelamite—Shemaiah has prophesied to you though I did not send him, and he has made you trust in a lie.

It will collapse, and you will perish within it. Then you will know that I am the LORD. 15 So I will pour out my wrath on the wall and on those who plaster it with whitewash.
