1 Then King David said to the entire assembly, "My son Solomon, the one chosen by God, is young and inexperienced, and the work is great because this temple is not for man but for the LORD God."
4 He said, 'Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, who spoke with His mouth to my father David and has fulfilled it with His hands, saying:
11 So the LORD said to Solomon, 'Since this is your attitude and you have not kept My covenant and decrees, which I commanded you, I will surely tear the kingdom away from you and give it to one of your subordinates.'
6 Then he called for his son Solomon and instructed him to build a house for the Lord, the God of Israel.
45 'But King Solomon will be blessed, and David’s throne will remain secure before the LORD forever.'
