13This is the word the LORD spoke concerning Moab in the past.
14But now the LORD has spoken, saying: In three years, as precisely as the years of a hired worker, the glory of Moab, along with its great multitude, will be brought into contempt. Only a small and insignificant remnant will remain, not mighty at all.
23They said, "This is blood! The kings have fought and killed each other. Now, to the plunder, Moab!"
24When they came to the camp of Israel, the Israelites rose up and struck down the Moabites, who fled before them. The Israelites invaded the land and continued to strike down the Moabites.

41The cities are captured, and the strongholds are seized. On that day, the heart of Moab's warriors will be like the heart of a woman in labor.
42Moab will be destroyed as a people, because he exalted himself against the LORD.
43Terror, pit, and snare await you, O inhabitant of Moab, declares the LORD.
9therefore, I will expose the flank of Moab, beginning with its frontier cities—the pride of the land—Beth Jeshimoth, Baal Meon, and Kiriathaim.
10I will hand it over, along with the Ammonites, to the people of the east as a possession, so that the Ammonites will no longer be remembered among the nations.
11I will execute judgments on Moab, and they will know that I am the LORD.
30That day Moab was made subject to Israel, and the land had peace for eighty years.
46Woe to you, Moab! The people of Chemosh are destroyed. Your sons have been taken into exile, and your daughters into captivity.
47Yet I will restore the fortunes of Moab in the latter days, declares the LORD. Here ends the judgment on Moab.

25The horn of Moab is cut off, and her arm is broken, declares the LORD.

18'Today you are to cross the border of Moab at Ar.

2The LORD said to me: 'Do not be afraid of him, for I have handed him over to you along with all his people and his land. Do to him as you did to Sihon, king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon.'
3So the LORD our God also gave us Og, king of Bashan, and all his people. We struck them down until no survivors remained.

5The LORD will deliver them to you, and you must act toward them according to the entire commandment I have instructed you.
