19 He said, 'Do not be afraid, you who are highly esteemed. Peace to you; be strong now, be strong.' When he spoke to me, I was strengthened and said, 'Let my lord speak, for you have given me strength.'

13 Those who seek my life lay snares for me; those who seek to harm me speak of ruin and plot deception all day long.
14 But I am like a deaf man who does not hear, and like a mute man who cannot open his mouth.
8 I heard but did not understand. So I asked, "My lord, what will be the outcome of these things?"
3 So I turned my attention to the Lord God, seeking Him in prayer and petitions, with fasting, sackcloth, and ashes.
9 Deliver me from all my transgressions; do not make me the scorn of fools.

16 I approached one of those standing there and asked him the truth about all this. So he told me and revealed the interpretation of these things.
4 Then everyone who trembled at the words of the God of Israel because of this unfaithfulness of the exiles gathered around me as I sat there appalled until the evening sacrifice.
20 Now listen, you will become silent and unable to speak until the day these things happen, because you did not believe my words, which will be fulfilled in their proper time.
26 I will make your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth so that you will be silent and unable to rebuke them, for they are a rebellious house.
6 Then I said, 'Ah, Lord GOD! I do not know how to speak because I am too young.'

10 And he said to me, "Son of man, take into your heart all the words I speak to you and listen closely with your ears."
