12This encompassed the entire kingdom of Og in Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth and Edrei, and was the last of the Rephaim. Moses defeated them and dispossessed them.
21At that time Joshua came and destroyed the Anakim from the hill country, from Hebron, Debir, Anab, all the hill country of Judah, and all the hill country of Israel. Joshua devoted them and their cities to destruction.
22No Anakim were left in the land of the Israelites. Only in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod did any remain.
