14He gave Himself for us to redeem us from all lawlessness and to purify a people for His own possession, who are eager to do good works.
4who gave Himself for our sins to deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,
3Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort,
4who comforts us in all our troubles so that we may be able to comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
23And what if he did this to make the riches of his glory known to the objects of mercy, whom he prepared beforehand for glory—
21keep yourselves in the love of God, as you wait for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ to bring you eternal life.
30It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God—that is, our righteousness, holiness, and redemption.
2And walk in love, just as Christ loved us and gave Himself for us, a sacrificial offering to God, a pleasing aroma.
19and the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. This power is according to the working of His mighty strength,
1See how great a love the Father has given us, that we should be called children of God; and this is what we are! The world does not know us because it did not know Him.
13But now in Christ Jesus, you who were once far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
7Beloved, let us love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
8and who has told us about your love in the Spirit.
9For God did not appoint us to suffer wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.
