8 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron,
4 Pharaoh will not listen to you, so I will stretch out my hand against Egypt and bring my armies—my people, the Israelites—out of the land of Egypt with great acts of judgment.
5 The Egyptians will know that I am the Lord when I stretch out my hand against Egypt and bring the Israelites out from among them.
20 In the eleventh year, in the first month, on the seventh day, the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
7 But after a while, the brook dried up because there was no rain in the land.

27 Then they came to Elim, where there were twelve springs and seventy palm trees, and they camped there by the water.
11 They will cross the sea of distress, striking the waves, and the depths of the Nile will dry up. The pride of Assyria will be brought down, and the scepter of Egypt will pass away.
5 Moses said to Pharaoh, "I leave it to you to set the time for me to pray for you, your officials, and your people, so that the frogs will be removed from you and your houses, remaining only in the Nile."
5 The LORD answered Moses, "Go ahead of the people and take some of the elders of Israel with you. Take in your hand the staff with which you struck the Nile, and go."
6 The LORD continued, "I will stand there before you by the rock at Horeb. Strike the rock, and water will come out of it for the people to drink." So Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.
24 Pharaoh said, "I will let you go to offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the wilderness, but you must not go very far. Now pray for me."
2 And behold, seven cows, beautiful in appearance and well-fed, came up out of the Nile and began grazing among the reeds.
20 The waters rose to a height of fifteen cubits above the mountains, covering them completely.
5 He measured off another thousand, but now it was a river that I could not cross, because the water had risen and was deep enough to swim in—a river that could not be crossed.
