13If I say to the righteous person, 'You will surely live,' but they trust in their righteousness and commit iniquity, none of their righteous acts will be remembered. They will die because of the iniquity they have committed.
18If I say to a wicked person, 'You will surely die,' and you do not warn him or speak out to warn him to turn from his wicked ways to save his life, that wicked person will die in his sin, but I will hold you accountable for his blood.
19But if you warn the wicked person and he does not turn from his wickedness or his wicked way, he will die in his sin, but you will have saved yourself.
20Again, if a righteous person turns from his righteousness and does wrong, and I put a stumbling block before him, he will die. Since you did not warn him, he will die in his sin. His righteous acts will not be remembered, and I will hold you accountable for his blood.
21But if you warn a righteous person not to sin and he does not sin, he will surely live because he heeded the warning, and you will have saved yourself.
32The wicked are brought down by their own evil, but the righteous take refuge when they die.
5If a man is righteous and does what is just and right,
30Therefore, house of Israel, I will judge each of you according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.
31Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, house of Israel?
32For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent and live!

11Woe to the wicked! Disaster is upon them; they will be repaid for their deeds.
13But it will not go well for the wicked, nor will they prolong their days like a shadow, because they do not fear God.
3Perhaps they will listen and turn, each one, from their evil ways. Then I will relent concerning the disaster that I plan to bring on them because of the evil they have done.
27They sing before others and say, 'I have sinned and perverted what was right, but it was not repaid to me.'
17All wrongdoing is sin, and yet there is sin that does not lead to death.
32The wicked person lies in wait for the righteous and seeks to kill him.
