5But if she gives birth to a female child, she will be unclean for two weeks as in her menstruation, and she must remain in the blood of her purification for sixty-six days.
6When the days of her purification for a son or daughter are completed, she shall bring to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting a year-old lamb for a burnt offering and a young pigeon or turtledove for a sin offering, and give them to the priest.
7The priest shall offer them before the LORD and make atonement for her, and she will be clean from the flow of her blood. This is the law for a woman who gives birth to a male or a female.
57Now the time came for Elizabeth to give birth, and she bore a son.
66All those who heard these things kept them in their hearts, saying, 'What then will this child become?' For indeed, the hand of the Lord was with him.
67Then Zechariah, his father, was filled with the Holy Spirit and prophesied, saying:
12you shall set apart to the LORD all that first opens the womb. Every firstborn male of your livestock belongs to the LORD.
35The angel replied to her, 'The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore, the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.'
36And behold, your relative Elizabeth has also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month for her who was called barren.
6While they were there, the time came for her to give birth.
