And Dāwid [was the] bēn-ʾîš ʾep̄rātî this from Bêt-leḥem Yəhûdâ, and his šēm [was] Yišay, and to him [were] eight bānîm; and the-ʾîš in [the] yōm of Šāʾûl [was] zāqēn, bôʾ among men.
