And the woman said to him, Behold, you know what Saul has done, how he has cast out those with familiar spirits and the wizards from the land. Why then do you lay a snare for my life, to cause me to die?

22Now therefore, please listen also to the voice of your maidservant, and let me set a morsel of bread before you; and eat, that you may have strength when you go on your way.
3Now Samuel was dead, and all Israel had mourned him and buried him in Ramah, in his own city. And Saul had expelled those with familiar spirits and the wizards from the land.
13So Saul died for his transgression which he committed against the LORD, even against the word of the LORD, which he did not keep; and also for asking counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquire of it;
