13Your eye shall not pity him, but you shall remove the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with you.

21And they said one to another, We are truly guilty concerning our brother, in that we saw the anguish of his soul, when he begged us, and we would not listen; therefore this distress has come upon us.
22And Reuben answered them, saying, Did I not speak to you, saying, Do not sin against the child; and you would not listen? therefore, behold, his blood is now required.
5And if the avenger of blood pursues him, they shall not deliver the slayer into his hand because he struck his neighbor unintentionally and did not hate him beforehand.
4Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it to other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;
17But your eyes and your heart are set only on your covetousness, and on shedding innocent blood, and on oppression, and on violence, to do it.
4And does not bring it to the door of the tabernacle of meeting, to offer an offering to the LORD before the tabernacle of the LORD; blood shall be imputed to that man; he has shed blood; and that man shall be cut off from among his people:
10Why should the heathen say, Where is their God? Let Him be known among the heathen in our sight by avenging the blood of Your servants which is shed.
4And also for the innocent blood that he shed, for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood, which the LORD would not pardon.
7For her blood is in the midst of her; she set it on the top of a rock; she did not pour it on the ground, to cover it with dust;
3O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there is iniquity in my hands;
13Behold, therefore I have struck My hand at your dishonest gain which you have made, and at the blood which has been in your midst.
3For your hands are stained with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perverseness.
7The hands of the witnesses shall be the first to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you shall put the evil away from among you.
15And when you spread out your hands, I will hide my eyes from you: indeed, when you make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
2By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and bloodshed follows bloodshed.
27And the avenger of blood finds him outside the borders of the city of his refuge, and the avenger of blood kills the slayer; he shall not be guilty of blood:
10And he said, What have you done? the voice of your brother's blood cries to me from the ground.
10And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, do you not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?
21Your eye shall not pity; but life shall be for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

21They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn innocent blood.
24Then the congregation shall judge between the slayer and the avenger of blood according to these judgments:
17Not for any injustice in my hands; also, my prayer is pure.
18O earth, do not cover my blood, and let my cry find no resting place.
25Cursed be he who takes a bribe to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.
