Transliteration

Yittēn YHWH ʾet-ʾōyĕbêkā the qāmîm against ʿālêkā niggāpîm before lĕpānêkā in derek ʾeḥād they will yēṣĕʾû unto ʾēlêkā and in šibʿāh dĕrākîm they will yānûsû before lĕpānêkā.
