21And Moses said, The people among whom I am are six hundred thousand footmen; and You have said, I will give them meat, that they may eat a whole month.
22Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?
13Where should I have meat to give to all this people? for they weep to me, saying, Give us meat, that we may eat.
26And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
27How long shall I bear with this evil congregation, which murmurs against me? I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me.
28Say to them, As truly as I live, says the LORD, as you have spoken in my ears, so will I do to you:
4And the mixed multitude that was among them fell to lusting, and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us meat to eat?
21So they gathered it every morning, every man according to his need; and when the sun became hot, it melted.
22And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for each person; and all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.
23And he said to them, This is what the LORD has said: Tomorrow is a Sabbath rest, a holy Sabbath to the LORD; bake what you will bake today, and boil what you will boil, and lay up for yourselves all that remains, to be kept until the morning.
16Who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers did not know, that he might humble you, and that he might test you, to do you good at your latter end;
3And he humbled you, and allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna, which you did not know, neither did your fathers know; that he might make you know that man does not live by bread only, but by every word that comes out of the mouth of the LORD does man live.
32And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails; he that gathered least gathered ten homers; and they spread them all abroad for themselves all around the camp.
33And while the meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD struck the people with a very great plague.
