Seeing he despised the oath by breaking the covenant, when, lo, he had given his hand and has done all these things, he shall not escape.

    22And with the force of a flood, they shall be swept away from before him, and shall be broken; also the prince of the covenant.

    23And after the agreement made with him, he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up and shall become strong with a small number of people.
