5And indeed those who are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law, that is, from their brothers, though they come from the loins of Abraham:
6But he whose genealogy is not counted from them received tithes from Abraham, and blessed him who had the promises.
7And without all contradiction the lesser is blessed by the greater.
8And here mortal men receive tithes; but there he receives them, of whom it is witnessed that he lives.
17For a testament is in effect after men are dead, since it has no power at all while the testator lives.

17In this way, God, desiring even more to show to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable nature of His purpose, confirmed it with an oath:
11And every priest stands daily ministering and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
