If I have eaten its fruits without payment, or caused the owners to lose their life;

31Mark well, O Job, listen to me: hold your peace, and I will speak.
14If a man borrows anything from his neighbor and it is broken or dies, with its owner not being with it, he shall surely make restitution.
15But if its owner is with it, he shall not make restitution; if it was hired, it came for its hire.
2For what portion of God is there from above? And what inheritance of the Almighty from on high?
1But Job answered and said,

2As God lives, who has taken away my justice, and the Almighty, who has troubled my soul;

7Who goes to war at his own expense? Who plants a vineyard and does not eat of its fruit? Or who tends a flock and does not drink of the milk of the flock?
5If thieves came to you, if robbers by night—oh, how you are cut off!—would they not have stolen till they had enough? If grape gatherers came to you, would they not leave some grapes?
15If I say, I will speak thus; behold, I would offend against the generation of Your children.
21And he said, "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there. The LORD gave, and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD."
