When He gives quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hides His face, who then can behold Him? Whether it be done against a nation or against a man only.

7Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.
9He holds back the face of His throne and spreads His cloud upon it.
23For He will not lay upon man more than right, that he should enter into judgment with God.
3Is there any number to His armies? And upon whom does not His light rise?
