9And the armed men went before the priests who blew the trumpets, and the rear guard followed the ark, the priests going on, and blowing the trumpets.

11Pass through the camp and command the people, saying, Prepare provisions for yourselves, for within three days you shall cross over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God is giving you to possess.
51Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, When you have crossed over the Jordan into the land of Canaan,
4And all the elders of Israel came, and the Levites took up the ark.
14So the priests and the Levites sanctified themselves to bring up the ark of the LORD God of Israel.
3And command them, saying, Take from here out of the midst of the Jordan, from the place where the priests' feet stood firm, twelve stones, and carry them over with you, and leave them in the place where you will lodge tonight.

21And will all of you go armed over the Jordan before the LORD, until he has driven out his enemies from before him,
5And when the camp moves forward, Aaron shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering veil, and cover the ark of testimony with it:
22Then David arose, and all the people who were with him, and they passed over Jordan: by the morning light not one of them was left who had not gone over Jordan.
