7 And Moses called to Joshua, and said to him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of good courage: for you must go with this people to the land which the LORD has sworn to their fathers to give them; and you shall cause them to inherit it.
1 And it came to pass, when all the kings of the Amorites, who were on the west side of Jordan, and all the kings of the Canaanites, who were by the sea, heard that the LORD had dried up the waters of Jordan before the children of Israel, until we had crossed over, that their hearts melted, and there was no spirit in them any more, because of the children of Israel.

7 And he said to the people, Proceed, and surround the city, and let him who is armed go on before the ark of the LORD.

5 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall go up every man straight before him.
