65For the LORD had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
12And to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh, Joshua spoke, saying,
13Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God is giving you rest and is giving you this land.
23And he gave Joshua the son of Nun a charge, and said, Be strong and of good courage: for you shall bring the children of Israel into the land which I swore to them: and I will be with you.
14And he said, No; but as captain of the army of the LORD have I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and worshiped, and said to him, What does my lord say to his servant?
10So Joshua did as Moses had told him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.
13And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
41And Moses said, Why now do you transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper.
2And he said to them, I am one hundred and twenty years old today; I can no longer go out and come in: also the LORD has said to me, You shall not go over this Jordan.
30Surely you shall not come into the land, concerning which I swore to make you dwell therein, except Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.
