7And the people served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who had seen all the great works of the LORD, that he did for Israel.
8And they said to Joshua, We are your servants. And Joshua said to them, Who are you? and where do you come from?
27And Joshua said to all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness to us; for it has heard all the words of the LORD which he spoke to us: it shall therefore be a witness to you, lest you deny your God.
3And Moses came and told the people all the words of the LORD, and all the judgments: and all the people answered with one voice, and said, All the words which the LORD has said, we will do.
31And Israel served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who survived Joshua, and who had known all the works of the LORD, which he had done for Israel.
13But if you say, We will not dwell in this land, neither obey the voice of the LORD your God,

8O Lord, what shall I say, when Israel turns their backs before their enemies?
10Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,
19Nevertheless, the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, No, but we will have a king over us,
14And he said, No; but as captain of the army of the LORD have I now come. And Joshua fell on his face to the earth, and worshiped, and said to him, What does my lord say to his servant?
15And the LORD spoke to Joshua, saying,
2And Joshua said to all the people, Thus says the LORD God of Israel, Your fathers lived on the other side of the river in ancient times, even Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nahor: and they served other gods.
24And they said unto Joshua, Truly the LORD has delivered into our hands all the land; for even all the inhabitants of the country do faint because of us.
25Then Joshua said to them, Do not be afraid, nor be dismayed; be strong and of good courage, for the LORD will do this to all your enemies against whom you fight.
8And the LORD said to Joshua, Do not fear them, for I have delivered them into your hand; not a man of them shall stand before you.
9And Joshua said to the children of Israel, Come here and hear the words of the LORD your God.
1The LORD also spoke to Joshua, saying,
31And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben answered, saying, As the LORD has said to your servants, so will we do.
2And said to them, You have kept all that Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, and have obeyed my voice in all that I commanded you:
20And Samuel said to the people, Fear not: you have done all this wickedness: yet do not turn aside from following the LORD, but serve the LORD with all your heart;
29God forbid that we should rebel against the LORD, and turn this day from following the LORD, to build an altar for burnt offerings, for grain offerings, or for sacrifices, besides the altar of the LORD our God that is before His tabernacle.
35The LORD made a covenant with them, and commanded them, saying, You shall not fear other gods, nor bow yourselves to them, nor serve them, nor sacrifice to them.
7And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the hearing of the people: and they said, All that the LORD has said we will do, and be obedient.
27And Joshua made them that day woodcutters and water carriers for the congregation, and for the altar of the LORD, even to this day, in the place which He would choose.
6And they went to Joshua at the camp in Gilgal, and said to him and to the men of Israel, We have come from a far country: now therefore make a treaty with us.
21I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died:
28And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.
