6Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ:
7Just as it is right for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; both in my chains and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel, you all are partakers with me of grace.
2Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3I thank my God upon every remembrance of you,
4Always in every prayer of mine for you all making request with joy,
25And being confident of this, I know that I shall remain and continue with you all for your progress and joy of faith;
26That your rejoicing for me may be more abundant in Jesus Christ by my coming to you again.
27Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
4Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love you have for all the saints,
5For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;
6Which has come to you, as it is in all the world; and brings forth fruit, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
7As you also learned of Epaphras our dear fellow servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ for you;
8Who also declared to us your love in the Spirit.
9For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that you might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;
3Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
4I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers,
5Hearing of your love and faith, which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints;
6That the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
7For we have great joy and solace in your love, because the hearts of the saints are refreshed by you, brother.
8Therefore, though I might be very bold in Christ to command you to do what is fitting,
15Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and love for all the saints,
10So that you may approve things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense until the day of Christ;
11Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
12But I want you to know, brethren, that the things which happened to me have actually turned out for the furtherance of the gospel;
4I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;
5That in everything you are enriched by him, in all speech, and in all knowledge;
6Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:
15Now you Philippians know also that at the beginning of the gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no church shared with me concerning giving and receiving but you only.
8Who shall also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9God is faithful, by whom you were called into the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
9For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of His Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;
10Making request, if by any means now at last I may have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come to you.
11For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that you may be established;
12That is, that I may be encouraged together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
3Remembering constantly your work of faith, labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the presence of God our Father;
11Therefore, we also pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:
12That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
17But the latter out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defense of the gospel.
18What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice.
19For I know that this will turn out for my salvation through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ,
5For though I am absent in the flesh, yet I am with you in the spirit, rejoicing to see your order, and the steadfastness of your faith in Christ.
5For our gospel came to you not in word only, but also in power, in the Holy Spirit, and in full conviction; as you know what kind of men we were among you for your sake.
3We are bound to thank God always for you, brothers, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all toward each other abounds;
2And all the brothers who are with me, to the churches of Galatia:
14As also you have acknowledged us in part, that we are your rejoicing, just as you also are ours in the day of the Lord Jesus.
7So that you became examples to all who believe in Macedonia and Achaia.
8For from you the word of the Lord has sounded forth, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but also in every place your faith toward God has gone out, so that we do not need to say anything.
24Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh what is lacking in the afflictions of Christ, for the sake of his body, which is the church:
30Having the same conflict which you saw in me and now hear to be in me.
16Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, nor labored in vain.
