13Solomon had made a bronze platform and had placed it in the middle of the enclosure. It was seven and one-half feet long, seven and one-half feet wide, and four and one-half feet high. 22Solomon Prays for Israel Solomon stood before the altar of the LORD in front of the entire assembly of Israel and spread out his hands toward the sky.
24You have kept your word to your servant, my father David; this very day you have fulfilled what you promised.
25Now, O LORD, God of Israel, keep the promise you made to your servant, my father David, when you said,‘You will never fail to have a successor ruling before me on the throne of Israel, provided that your descendants watch their step and serve me as you have done.’
26Now, O God of Israel, may the promise you made to your servant, my father David, be realized.
27“God does not really live on the earth! Look, if the sky and the highest heaven cannot contain you, how much less this temple I have built!
28But respond favorably to your servant’s prayer and his request for help, O LORD my God. Answer the desperate prayer your servant is presenting to you today.

8None can compare to you among the gods, O Lord! Your exploits are incomparable!
6Solomon replied,“You demonstrated great loyalty to your servant, my father David, as he served you faithfully, properly, and sincerely. You have maintained this great loyalty to this day by allowing his son to sit on his throne.

9Now, LORD God, may your promise to my father David be realized, for you have made me king over a great nation as numerous as the dust of the earth.

6I said,“There is no one like you, LORD. You are great. And you are renowned for your power.
60Then all the nations of the earth will recognize that the LORD is the only genuine God.
61May you demonstrate wholehearted devotion to the LORD our God by following his rules and obeying his commandments, as you are presently doing.”
5Then I said,“Please, O LORD God of heaven, great and awesome God, who keeps his loving covenant with those who love him and obey his commandments,
2No one is holy like the LORD! There is no one other than you! There is no rock like our God!
39Today realize and carefully consider that the LORD is God in heaven above and on earth below– there is no other!
4He said,“The LORD God of Israel is worthy of praise because he has fulfilled what he promised my father David.
15Hezekiah prayed before the LORD:“LORD God of Israel, who is enthroned on the cherubim! You alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the sky and the earth.
9May the LORD your God be praised because he favored you by placing you on the throne of Israel! Because of the LORD’s eternal love for Israel, he made you king so you could make just and right decisions.”

11When we heard the news we lost our courage and no one could even breathe for fear of you. For the LORD your God is God in heaven above and on earth below!
54When Solomon finished presenting all these prayers and requests to the LORD, he got up from before the altar of the LORD where he had kneeled and spread out his hands toward the sky.
8O LORD God of Heaven’s Armies! Who is strong like you, O LORD? Your faithfulness surrounds you.
25Whom do I have in heaven but you? I desire no one but you on earth.
26Now, O LORD, you are the true God; you have made this good promise to your servant.
12I grant your request, and give you a wise and discerning mind superior to that of anyone who has preceded or will succeed you.
15He said,“The LORD God of Israel is worthy of praise because he has fulfilled what he promised my father David.
6He prayed:“O LORD God of our ancestors, you are the God who lives in heaven and rules over all the kingdoms of the nations. You possess strength and power; no one can stand against you.
28Now, O Sovereign LORD, you are the true God! May your words prove to be true! You have made this good promise to your servant!
3The LORD said to him,“I have answered your prayer and your request for help that you made to me. I have consecrated this temple you built by making it my permanent home; I will be constantly present there.
35You have been taught that the LORD alone is God– there is no other besides him.
19But respond favorably to your servant’s prayer and his request for help, O LORD my God. Answer the desperate prayer your servant is presenting to you.
7In fact, what other great nation has a god so near to them like the LORD our God whenever we call on him?
11Who is like you, O LORD, among the gods? Who is like you?– majestic in holiness, fearful in praises, working wonders?
17Now, O LORD God of Israel, may the promise you made to your servant David be realized.
14The heavens– indeed the highest heavens– belong to the LORD your God, as does the earth and everything in it.
25No king before or after repented before the LORD as he did, with his whole heart, soul, and being in accordance with the whole law of Moses.
