24 Therefore, this is what the Lord, the LORD of Hosts, says: 'My people who dwell in Zion, do not fear Assyria, though they strike you with a rod and lift up their staff against you as Egypt did.'
32 Therefore, this is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria: 'He will not enter this city, shoot an arrow here, come before it with a shield, or build a siege ramp against it.'
25 Then Joshua said to them, 'Do not be afraid or discouraged. Be strong and courageous, for this is what the LORD will do to all the enemies you fight against.'
6 So we can confidently say: 'The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?'
10 Devise your plans, but they will be thwarted; issue your orders, but they will not stand, for God is with us.
17 Incline Your ear, LORD, and hear! Open Your eyes, LORD, and see! Listen to all the words of Sennacherib, who has sent them to mock the living God.
