9 Because of all your abominations, I will do what I have never done before and will never do again.
8 I will make this city desolate and an object of scorn. Everyone who passes by will be appalled and will scoff because of all its wounds.
5 Arise, let us attack by night and destroy her fortresses!
6 For this is what the Lord of Hosts says: Cut down trees and build a siege ramp against Jerusalem. This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression.
30 I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and heap your dead bodies on the lifeless forms of your idols, and my soul will reject you.
31 I will lay your cities in ruins, make your sanctuaries desolate, and I will no longer smell the pleasing aroma of your offerings.
15 All their wickedness is at Gilgal, for there I began to hate them. Because of their evil deeds, I will drive them from My house. I will no longer love them; all their leaders are rebellious.
6 He has violently done away with his dwelling, as if it were a garden, destroying his appointed meeting place. The LORD has caused Zion to forget its appointed times and Sabbaths. In his fierce anger, he has despised king and priest alike.
7 The Lord has rejected his altar and disowned his sanctuary. He has delivered into the hand of the enemy the walls of her palaces. They raised their voices in the house of the LORD as on a day of appointed festival.
11 For the house of Israel and the house of Judah have been thoroughly unfaithful to Me, declares the Lord.
9 If ten men are left in one house, they too will die.
13 For by myself I have sworn, declares the LORD, that Bozrah will become a horror, a disgrace, a waste, and a curse. All her cities will become perpetual ruins.
8 I will make the land desolate, because they have acted unfaithfully, declares the Lord GOD.
6 then I will make this house like Shiloh, and I will make this city an object of cursing among all the nations on earth.'
5 But if you will not listen to these words, I swear by Myself—declares the LORD—that this palace will become a ruin.
10 For I have set my face against this city for disaster and not for good, declares the LORD. It will be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, who will burn it with fire.
6 For I will no longer show pity to the people of the land,' declares the LORD. 'I will give everyone into the hands of their neighbors and their king. They will crush the land, and I will not deliver them from their power.'
16 There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to Him:
5 All this is because of the transgression of Jacob and the sins of the house of Israel. What is Jacob’s transgression? Is it not Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Are they not Jerusalem?
14 Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces; Judah has fortified many cities. But I will send fire on their cities, and it will devour their strongholds.
5 'So I will send fire upon Judah, and it will consume the fortresses of Jerusalem.'
9 "This is what the LORD says: 'In this way I will ruin the pride of Judah and the great pride of Jerusalem.
25 Pour out Your wrath on the nations that do not acknowledge You and on the families that do not call on Your name. For they have devoured Jacob; they have consumed him, destroyed him, and ruined his homeland.
7 For they have devoured Jacob and ruined his dwelling place.
2 This is what the LORD of Hosts says: I am very jealous for Zion, and I am burning with great zeal and anger for her.
7 Therefore, you will be among the first to go into exile, and your feasting and lounging will come to an end.
11 Who is the wise person who may understand this? And to whom has the mouth of the Lord spoken, that he may declare it? Why has the land perished, been scorched like a desert with no one passing through?
2 The scatterer has come against your face. Guard the fortress, watch the road, strengthen your loins, muster all your strength!
8 Be warned, Jerusalem, or I will become alienated from you and make you a desolation, a land uninhabited.
9 The Lord of Hosts said in my hearing: Truly, many houses will become desolate—large and beautiful ones, without occupants.
7 then I will cut off Israel from the land I have given them, and I will reject this temple I have consecrated for My name. Israel will then become a proverb and an object of ridicule among all peoples.
6 I have cut off nations; their corner towers are in ruins. I have laid waste their streets, so that no one passes through. Their cities are destroyed; there is no one left—no inhabitant.
21 I hate, I despise your festivals, and I take no pleasure in your solemn assemblies.
6 Therefore, this is what the Lord GOD says: As the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so have I given the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
6 For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because you clapped your hands, stomped your feet, and rejoiced with all the scorn in your heart against the land of Israel,
30 For the people of Judah have done evil in my sight, declares the LORD. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my name to defile it.
9 I will make you a perpetual desolation, and your cities will not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
28 So I will disgrace the officials of the sanctuary, and deliver Jacob to destruction and Israel to scorn.
8 For I, the Lord, love justice; I hate robbery and wrongdoing. In truth, I will faithfully reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them.
5 Because you have harbored eternal hostility and delivered the Israelites to the sword at the time of their calamity, at the time of their final punishment,
9 I will raise weeping and wailing for the mountains and a dirge for the pastures in the wilderness, because they are burned up and desolate; no one passes through, and cattle cannot be heard anymore—birds of the sky and animals alike have fled and are gone.
31 So I have poured out my indignation upon them, consumed them with the fire of my wrath, and brought their own ways down upon their heads, declares the Sovereign LORD.
18 The house of Jacob will be a fire and the house of Joseph a flame; the house of Esau will be stubble. They will set it on fire and consume it. There will be no survivors from the house of Esau, for the LORD has spoken.
