26So the LORD let him alone. At that time, she said 'bridegroom of blood,' referring to circumcision.
17Moses' father-in-law said to him, 'What you are doing is not good.'
14When Moses’ father-in-law saw everything he was doing for the people, he said, 'What is this you are doing for the people? Why do you sit alone as judge, while all the people stand around you from morning till evening?'
15Moses answered his father-in-law, 'Because the people come to me to inquire of God.'
6Then an Israelite man brought a Midianite woman into his family, in the sight of Moses and the whole assembly of Israel, while they were weeping at the entrance to the tent of meeting.
15When Pharaoh heard about this, he tried to kill Moses. But Moses fled from Pharaoh and went to live in the land of Midian, where he sat down by a well.
16Now a priest of Midian had seven daughters, and they came to draw water and fill the troughs to water their father's flock.
