12 The prince who is among them will shoulder his belongings and leave in the darkness. They will dig through the wall to bring him out. He will cover his face so that he cannot see the land.

24 Thus Ezekiel shall be a sign to you. You shall do just as he has done. When this comes, you will know that I am the Lord God.

12 Say to the rebellious house, ‘Do you not understand what these things mean? Tell them: The king of Babylon came to Jerusalem, took its king and officials, and brought them back with him to Babylon.
2 And if they ask you, 'Where should we go?' tell them, 'This is what the LORD says: Those destined for death, to death; those for the sword, to the sword; those for famine, to famine; and those for captivity, to captivity.'
15 Their king will go into exile, he and his princes together,' says the LORD.
10 And they will know that I am the LORD; I did not warn about bringing this disaster on them without cause.
11 This is what the Lord GOD says: Clap your hands, stomp your feet, and cry out, 'Alas!' because of all the wicked abominations of the house of Israel, for they will fall by the sword, famine, and plague.
11 The word of the LORD came to me, saying:
9 I will bring you out of the city and deliver you into the hands of strangers. I will execute judgments upon you.
23 The nations will know that the house of Israel went into exile because of their sin and unfaithfulness, so I hid my face from them and gave them into the hands of their enemies, and they all fell by the sword.
24 I dealt with them according to their uncleanness and their transgressions, and I hid my face from them.
17 The word of the LORD came to me, saying:
29 This will be the sign to you,’ declares the LORD, ‘that I will punish you in this place so that you may know that my words will surely stand against you for harm:
16 Therefore say: This is what the Lord God says: Although I have sent them far away among the nations and scattered them among the countries, yet I have been a sanctuary for them for a little while in the lands to which they have gone.
14 I, the Lord, have spoken. It will come to pass, and I will act. I will not relent, I will not show pity, nor will I change my mind. According to your ways and your deeds, you will be judged, declares the Lord God.
9 I will make them a horror and an object of calamity among all the kingdoms of the earth—a reproach, a byword, a taunt, and a curse in all the places where I drive them.
27 The king will mourn, the prince will be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land will tremble. I will deal with them according to their conduct and judge them by their own standards. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
21 But as for those whose hearts follow their detestable things and their abominations, I will bring their conduct down upon their own heads, declares the Lord God.
46 For this is what the Sovereign LORD says: ‘Bring a great assembly against them and hand them over to terror and plunder.'
23 You will find consolation when you see their conduct and actions, and you will know that I have not done anything without cause that I have done in it, declares the Sovereign LORD.
18 When they arrive there, they will remove all its detestable things and all its abominations.

7 Therefore, you will be among the first to go into exile, and your feasting and lounging will come to an end.
11 For this is what the Lord GOD says: 'The sword of the king of Babylon will come against you.'

20 So hear the word of the LORD, all you exiles I have sent from Jerusalem to Babylon.
25 For I am the LORD. I will speak, and whatever word I speak will come to pass. It will no longer be delayed, for in your days, O rebellious house, I will say the word and fulfill it, declares the Lord GOD.
25 And you, son of man, behold, they will bind you with ropes, so you cannot go out among the people.
14 I will make you a ruin and a reproach among the nations around you, in the sight of all who pass by.
11 therefore, as surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I will deal with you according to the anger and jealousy you showed in your hatred against them, and I will make myself known among them when I judge you.
4 This is what the LORD of Armies, the God of Israel, says to all those I carried into exile from Jerusalem to Babylon:
11 Then the house of Israel will no longer stray from me or defile themselves with all their transgressions. They will be my people, and I will be their God, declares the Sovereign LORD.
56 And what I had planned to do to them, I will do to you.
11 Therefore, this is what the LORD says: ‘I am bringing disaster upon them from which they cannot escape. Even though they will cry out to me, I will not listen to them.’
15 Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I scatter them among the nations and disperse them throughout the lands.
