4 'If they go into captivity before their enemies, from there I will command the sword to kill them. I will set My eyes on them for harm and not for good.'
12 All your fortresses are like fig trees with the first ripe fruit; when they are shaken, they fall into the mouth of the eater.
16 'Go and say to Ebed-Melech the Cushite, This is what the Lord of Hosts, the God of Israel, says: I am about to bring my words against this city for disaster and not for good, and they will happen before your eyes on that day.

19 Hear, O earth! I am bringing disaster upon this people, the fruit of their schemes, because they have not listened to My words and have rejected My law.
9 The axe is already laid at the root of the trees, so every tree that does not produce good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire.
