15 So they turned aside there and went to the house of the young Levite, at Micah's house, and asked him how he was doing.
16 The six hundred men of the Danites, armed with their weapons of war, were standing at the entrance of the gate.
17 The five men who had gone to scout the land went inside and took the carved image, the ephod, the household gods, and the cast idol, while the priest stood at the entrance of the gate with the six hundred armed men.
18 When they entered Micah's house and took the carved image, the ephod, the household gods, and the cast idol, the priest said to them, 'What are you doing?'
19 They answered him, 'Be quiet! Put your hand over your mouth and come with us. Be a father and a priest to us. Isn’t it better for you to be a priest for a tribe and a clan in Israel rather than for one man's household?'
34 The Amorites pressed the people of Dan into the hill country, not allowing them to come down to the valley.
47 The border of the descendants of Dan went beyond them. So the descendants of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, captured it, struck it with the sword, took possession of it, and settled there. They renamed Leshem as Dan, after the name of their ancestor Dan.
48 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the descendants of Dan according to their families—the cities and their villages.
10 When you arrive, you will find a secure and unsuspecting people. The land is spacious, for God has given it into your hands—a place lacking nothing that is good.

14 Those who swear by the guilt of Samaria and say, 'As surely as your god lives, O Dan,' or, 'As surely as the way of Beersheba lives,' they will fall and never rise again.
38 The descendants of Dan were recorded by their generations, by their families, and by their ancestral houses, counting the names of all the males twenty years old or older, all able to serve in the army.

21 So give their children over to famine; hand them over to the power of the sword. Let their wives become childless and widowed, and let their men die by deadly disease; let their young men be struck down in battle.
22 Let a cry be heard from their houses when You suddenly bring a raiding party upon them, for they have dug a pit to capture me and hidden snares for my feet.
18 Otherwise, the LORD will see and disapprove, and He may turn His anger away from them.
21 Therefore, this is what the LORD says concerning the men of Anathoth, who seek your life and say, ‘Do not prophesy in the name of the LORD, or you will die by our hands.’
11 Stone him to death because he sought to turn you away from the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of slavery.
12 All Israel will hear and be afraid, and they will no longer do such wickedness among you.
40 The seventh lot came out for the tribe of the descendants of Dan according to their families.
