    45Then He came back to the disciples and said to them, "Are you still sleeping and resting? Look, the hour has come, and the Son of Man is being handed over to sinners.

    46Get up, let us go. Look, the one who is betraying Me is near.

    47While He was still speaking, Judas, one of the Twelve, arrived. With him was a large crowd armed with swords and clubs, sent from the chief priests and the elders of the people.

    48Now the betrayer had given them a sign, saying, "The one I kiss is the man; arrest Him."

    49Going directly to Jesus, Judas said, "Greetings, Rabbi!" and kissed Him fervently.

    47While he was still speaking, a crowd came, and the man called Judas, one of the Twelve, was leading them. He approached Jesus to kiss him.

    48But Jesus said to him, "Judas, are you betraying the Son of Man with a kiss?"

    49When those around Jesus saw what was about to happen, they said, "Lord, should we strike with our swords?"

    14Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went to the chief priests

    15and said, "What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him over to you?" So they counted out thirty pieces of silver for him.

    16And from that moment, he sought an opportunity to betray Him.

    17On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?"

    18He replied, "Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, 'The Teacher says, My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover at your house with My disciples.'"
