9 But now, having come to know God—or rather, having been known by God—how can you turn back again to the weak and worthless elementary principles, whose slaves you want to be once more?

21 Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not listen to the law?
5 Circumcised on the eighth day, of the people of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of Hebrews; as to the law, a Pharisee;
6 as to zeal, persecuting the church; as to righteousness under the law, blameless.
22 For in my inner being I delight in God’s law;
2 I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but it is not based on true knowledge.
14 I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able to instruct one another.
9 Then you will understand righteousness, justice, and integrity—the entire good path.
3 Especially because you are so familiar with all the customs and controversies among the Jews. I therefore ask you to listen to me patiently.
