Transliteration

Thus ʾāmar YHWH, if-yimmaddû šāmayim from above, and yēḥāqᵊrû môsᵊdê-ʾereṣ to below, also-I ʾemʾas in all-zeraʿ Yiśrāʾēl for all-which ʿāśû, nᵊʾum-YHWH.
