14And David abode in the wilderness in strongholds, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand.
15And David saw that Saul was come out to seek his life; and David was in the wilderness of Ziph in a forest.
1Now these are the last words of David. David, the son of Jesse, said, and the man who was exalted, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said,
22And David answered and said, "Behold the king's spear! Let one of the young men come over and get it."
23The LORD repay every man for his righteousness and his faithfulness, for the LORD delivered you into my hand today, but I would not stretch out my hand against the LORD's anointed.
24And behold, as your life was valued much this day in my eyes, so let my life be valued much in the eyes of the LORD, and let Him deliver me out of all tribulation.
25Then Saul said to David, "Blessed are you, my son David. You shall do great things, and also shall still prevail." So David went on his way, and Saul returned to his place.
20He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
15My times are in your hand: deliver me from the hand of my enemies, and from those who persecute me.
5Is this not David, of whom they sang to each other in dances, saying, Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands?
24And the servants of Saul told him, saying, This is what David spoke.
10Then David said, O LORD God of Israel, your servant has certainly heard that Saul seeks to come to Keilah, to destroy the city for my sake.
49And who brings me forth from my enemies: you also have lifted me up on high above those who rose up against me: you have delivered me from the violent man.
50Therefore I will give thanks to you, O LORD, among the nations, and I will sing praises to your name.
22And David swore to Saul. And Saul went home; but David and his men went up to the stronghold.

10David inquired of God, saying, Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you deliver them into my hand? And the LORD said to him, Go up; for I will deliver them into your hand.

46This day the LORD will deliver you into my hand, and I will strike you down and cut off your head. I will give the bodies of the Philistine army this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.
10And David arose and fled that day for fear of Saul, and went to Achish the king of Gath.
11And the servants of Achish said to him, Is this not David the king of the land? Did they not sing to one another of him in dances, saying, Saul has slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands?
57When David returned from killing the Philistine, Abner took him and brought him before Saul with the head of the Philistine in his hand.

15And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Israel, who spoke with his mouth to David my father, and has with his hand fulfilled it, saying,
2The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
4Then David inquired of the LORD yet again. And the LORD answered him and said, Arise, go down to Keilah; for I will deliver the Philistines into your hand.
22And Saul sent to Jesse, saying, Let David, I pray you, stand before me, for he has found favor in my sight.
17He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from those who hated me: for they were too strong for me.
34David said to Saul, Your servant kept his father's sheep, and when a lion or a bear came and took a lamb from the flock,
