Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone's chains were loosed.

    5So Peter was kept in prison, but constant prayer was made to God for him by the church.

    6And when Herod was about to bring him out, that night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains, and the guards before the door were keeping the prison.
