12And the father of circumcision to those who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had while still uncircumcised.
13For the promise that he should be the heir of the world was not to Abraham, or to his descendants, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
5But to him who does not work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.
6Even as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works,
6But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

5Because Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
18Since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?
19For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he has spoken of him.
30What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who did not pursue righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness of faith.
8You found his heart faithful before You, and made a covenant with him to give the land of the Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Jebusites, and the Girgashites, to give it to his descendants. And You have fulfilled Your words, for You are righteous;
13For when God made a promise to Abraham, because He could swear by no one greater, He swore by Himself,
2For by it the elders obtained a good testimony.
