This is the word which the LORD has spoken concerning him; The virgin, the daughter of Zion, has despised you and laughed you to scorn; the daughter of Jerusalem has shaken her head at you.

14Also the sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending to you; and all those who despised you shall fall prostrate at the soles of your feet, and they shall call you, The City of the LORD, Zion of the Holy One of Israel.
15Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, so that no one went through you, I will make you an eternal excellence, a joy of many generations.
8Jerusalem has grievously sinned; therefore she is removed: all that honored her despise her, because they have seen her nakedness: yes, she sighs, and turns backward.
2Shake yourself from the dust; arise, and sit down, O Jerusalem: loose yourself from the bands of your neck, O captive daughter of Zion.
