22 Aaron said, "Do not let the anger of my lord burn hot; you know the people, that they are bent on mischief.
10 And the LORD said to Moses, Bring Aaron's rod back before the testimony, to be kept as a sign against the rebels; and you shall completely remove their murmurings from me, that they do not die.
27 And you murmured in your tents, and said, Because the LORD hates us, He has brought us out of the land of Egypt, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us.
2 And there was no water for the congregation, so they gathered themselves together against Moses and Aaron.
14 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he comes forth to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

16 Thus says the whole congregation of the LORD: What trespass is this that you have committed against the God of Israel, to turn away this day from following the LORD, in that you have built for yourselves an altar, that you might rebel this day against the LORD?
41 And Moses said, Why now do you transgress the commandment of the LORD? but it shall not prosper.
11 And Aaron said to Moses, 'Alas, my lord, I beseech you, do not lay the sin upon us, wherein we have acted foolishly, and wherein we have sinned.'
18 But that you must turn away this day from following the LORD? And it will be, seeing you rebel today against the LORD, that tomorrow He will be angry with the whole congregation of Israel.
5 Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel.
1 And the LORD said to Aaron, You and your sons and your father's house with you shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary: and you and your sons with you shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.
26 And he spoke to the congregation, saying, Depart, I pray you, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins.
10 And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said to them, "Hear now, you rebels; must we bring water for you out of this rock?"
24 And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?
