Isa 60:1-9 : 1 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. 2 For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the people; but the LORD shall arise upon you, and His glory shall be seen upon you. 3 And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. 4 Lift up your eyes all around and see; they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried at your side. 5 Then you shall see and become radiant, and your heart shall fear and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea shall turn to you, the wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you. 6 The multitude of camels shall cover you, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah; all those from Sheba shall come; they shall bring gold and incense, and they shall proclaim the praises of the LORD. 7 All the flocks of Kedar shall be gathered together to you, the rams of Nebaioth shall serve you; they shall come up with acceptance on My altar, and I will glorify the house of My glory. 8 Who are these who fly like a cloud, and like doves to their windows? 9 Surely the isles shall wait for Me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring your sons from afar, their silver and their gold with them, to the name of the LORD your God, and to the Holy One of Israel, because He has glorified you. 10 And the sons of foreigners shall build up your walls, and their kings shall minister to you; for in My wrath I struck you, but in My favor I have had mercy on you. 11 Therefore your gates shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day or night, that men may bring to you the wealth of the Gentiles, and that their kings may be brought. 12 For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish, yes, those nations shall be utterly wasted. 13 The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress, the pine, and the box tree together, to beautify the place of My sanctuary; and I will make the place of My feet glorious. 14 Also the sons of those who afflicted you shall come bending to you; and all those who despised you shall fall prostrate at the soles of your feet, and they shall call you, The City of the LORD, Zion of the Holy One of Israel. 15 Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, so that no one went through you, I will make you an eternal excellence, a joy of many generations. 16 You shall also drink the milk of the Gentiles, and shall nurse at the breast of kings; and you shall know that I, the LORD, am your Savior and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob. 17 For bronze I will bring gold, and for iron I will bring silver, and for wood bronze, and for stones iron. I will also make your officers peace, and your magistrates righteousness. 18 Violence shall no longer be heard in your land, neither wasting nor destruction within your borders; but you shall call your walls Salvation and your gates Praise. 19 The sun shall no longer be your light by day, nor shall the moon give light to you by night; but the LORD shall be to you an everlasting light, and your God your glory. 20 Your sun shall no longer go down, nor shall your moon withdraw itself; for the LORD shall be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning shall be ended. 21 Also your people shall all be righteous; they shall inherit the land forever, the branch of My planting, the work of My hands, that I may be glorified. 22 A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation. I, the LORD, will hasten it in its time.
Isa 61:3 : 3 To appoint to those who mourn in Zion, to give them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that He might be glorified.
Isa 61:9-62:5 : 9 And their descendants shall be known among the Gentiles, and their offspring among the people; all who see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the descendants whom the Lord has blessed. 10 I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. 11 For as the earth brings forth her bud, and as the garden causes the things that are sown in it to spring forth, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations. 1 For Zion's sake I will not be silent, and for Jerusalem's sake I will not rest, until her righteousness shines forth like brightness, and her salvation like a burning lamp. 2 And the nations shall see your righteousness, and all kings your glory: and you shall be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall designate. 3 You shall also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. 4 You shall no longer be called Forsaken; nor shall your land any longer be called Desolate: but you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah: for the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married. 5 For as a young man marries a virgin, so shall your sons marry you: and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.
Isa 65:17-25 : 17 For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things shall not be remembered, nor come to mind. 18 But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. 19 I will rejoice in Jerusalem and delight in my people; the voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, nor the voice of crying. 20 No more shall an infant from there live but a few days, nor an old man who has not fulfilled his days; for the child shall die a hundred years old, but the sinner being a hundred years old shall be accursed. 21 They shall build houses and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit. 22 They shall not build and another inhabit; they shall not plant and another eat; for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and my chosen shall long enjoy the work of their hands. 23 They shall not labor in vain nor bear children for calamity; for they are the descendants of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them. 24 It shall come to pass that before they call, I will answer; and while they are still speaking, I will hear. 25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox, and dust shall be the serpent's food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,' says the LORD.
Isa 66:10-14 : 10 Rejoice with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all you that love her: rejoice with joy with her, all you that mourn for her: 11 That you may nurse and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that you may drink deeply, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory. 12 For thus says the LORD, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall you nurse, you shall be carried on her sides, and be dandled on her knees. 13 As one whom his mother comforts, so will I comfort you; and you shall be comforted in Jerusalem. 14 And when you see this, your heart shall rejoice, and your bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the LORD shall be known toward his servants, and his indignation toward his enemies.
Isa 66:18-22 : 18 For I know their works and their thoughts: it shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come, and see my glory. 19 And I will set a sign among them, and I will send those that escape of them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, that draw the bow, to Tubal, and Javan, to the distant isles, that have not heard my fame, nor seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the Gentiles. 20 And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering to the LORD out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, says the LORD, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the LORD. 21 And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, says the LORD. 22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, says the LORD, so shall your descendants and your name remain.
Jer 31:18-20 : 18 I have surely heard Ephraim bemoaning himself thus; You have chastised me, and I was chastised, as a bull not accustomed to the yoke: turn me, and I shall be turned; for you are the LORD my God. 19 Surely, after I was turned, I repented; and after I was instructed, I struck my thigh: I was ashamed, yes, even humiliated, because I bore the reproach of my youth. 20 Is Ephraim my dear son? is he a pleasant child? for since I spoke against him, I earnestly remember him still: therefore my heart yearns for him; I will surely have mercy upon him, says the LORD.
Jer 31:22-26 : 22 How long will you wander about, O backsliding daughter? for the LORD has created a new thing in the earth, A woman shall encompass a man. 23 Thus says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; They shall still say this word in the land of Judah and in its cities, when I bring back their captivity; The LORD bless you, O habitation of justice, and mountain of holiness. 24 And there shall dwell in Judah itself, and in all its cities together, farmers, and those who go forth with flocks. 25 For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul. 26 Upon this I awoke, and looked around; and my sleep was sweet to me.
Jer 31:33-34 : 33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, says the LORD, I will put my law within them, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Jer 32:37-41 : 37 Behold, I will gather them out of all countries, where I have driven them in my anger, and in my fury, and in great wrath; and I will bring them again to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: 38 And they shall be my people, and I will be their God: 39 And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear me forever, for the good of them, and their children after them: 40 And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me. 41 Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will plant them in this land assuredly with my whole heart and with my whole soul.
Jer 33:15-26 : 15 In those days, and at that time, I will cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land. 16 In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely: and this is the name by which she shall be called, The LORD our Righteousness. 17 For thus says the LORD: David shall never lack a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel; 18 Neither shall the priests, the Levites, lack a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to kindle grain offerings, and to do sacrifice continually. 19 And the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying, 20 Thus says the LORD: If you can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, so there should not be day and night in their season, 21 Then my covenant may also be broken with David my servant, so that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites, the priests, my ministers. 22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, nor the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the descendants of David my servant, and the Levites that minister to me. 23 Moreover, the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying, 24 Do you not consider what this people have spoken, saying, The two families which the LORD has chosen, he has even cast them off? Thus they have despised my people, that they should be no more a nation before them. 25 Thus says the LORD: If my covenant is not with day and night, and if I have not appointed the ordinances of heaven and earth, 26 Then I will cast away the descendants of Jacob and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his descendants to be rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.
Jer 50:20 : 20 In those days and at that time, says the LORD, the iniquity of Israel shall be sought for, and there shall be none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found: for I will pardon those whom I reserve.
Lam 3:40 : 40 Let us search and examine our ways and turn back to the LORD.
Lam 5:21 : 21 Turn us back to You, O LORD, and we shall be restored; renew our days as of old.
Ezek 18:30-32 : 30 Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, says the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin. 31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby you have transgressed; and make yourselves a new heart and a new spirit: for why will you die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him who dies, says the Lord GOD: therefore turn yourselves, and live.
Ezek 34:23-31 : 23 And I will set up one shepherd over them, and he shall feed them, even my servant David; he shall feed them, and he shall be their shepherd. 24 And I the LORD will be their God, and my servant David a prince among them; I the LORD have spoken it. 25 And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods. 26 And I will make them and the places around my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season; there shall be showers of blessing. 27 And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be safe in their land, and shall know that I am the LORD, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those who used them. 28 And they shall no more be a prey to the nations, nor shall the beasts of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make them afraid. 29 And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, nor bear the shame of the nations any more. 30 Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, says the Lord GOD. 31 And you my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, says the Lord GOD.
Ezek 37:21-28 : 21 And say to them, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the children of Israel from among the nations, wherever they are gone, and will gather them on every side, and bring them into their own land: 22 And I will make them one nation in the land upon the mountains of Israel; and one king shall be king to them all: and they shall no more be two nations, neither shall they be divided into two kingdoms any more at all: 23 Neither shall they defile themselves any more with their idols, nor with their detestable things, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will save them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they have sinned, and will cleanse them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God. 24 And my servant David shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them. 25 And they shall dwell in the land that I have given to Jacob my servant, wherein your fathers have dwelt; and they shall dwell therein, even they, and their children, and their children's children forever: and my servant David shall be their prince forever. 26 Moreover, I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them forevermore. 27 My tabernacle also shall be with them: yes, I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28 And the nations shall know that I the LORD sanctify Israel, when my sanctuary shall be in the midst of them forevermore.
Ezek 39:25-29 : 25 Therefore thus says the Lord GOD: Now I will bring back the captives of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name. 26 After they have borne their shame, and all their trespasses by which they have trespassed against me, when they dwelt safely in their land, and no one made them afraid. 27 When I have brought them back from the peoples, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations. 28 Then they shall know that I am the LORD their God, who caused them to be led into captivity among the nations: but I have gathered them to their own land, and will leave none of them anymore there. 29 Neither will I hide my face anymore from them, for I have poured out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, says the Lord GOD.
Dan 9:13 : 13 As it is written in the law of Moses, all this calamity has come upon us: yet we have not made our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities and understand Your truth.
Hos 2:19-23 : 19 And I will betroth you to me forever; yes, I will betroth you to me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies. 20 I will even betroth you to me in faithfulness: and you shall know the LORD. 21 And it shall come to pass in that day, I will listen, says the LORD, I will listen to the heavens, and they shall listen to the earth; 22 And the earth shall listen to the grain, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall listen to Jezreel. 23 And I will plant her for me in the earth; and I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; and I will say to those who were not my people, You are my people; and they shall say, You are my God.

Joel 2:13 : 13 And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn to the LORD your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and he repents of the evil.
Joel 3:16-21 : 16 The LORD also shall roar out of Zion and utter his voice from Jerusalem; and the heavens and the earth shall shake. But the LORD will be the hope of his people and the strength of the children of Israel. 17 So shall you know that I am the LORD your God dwelling in Zion, my holy mountain. Then shall Jerusalem be holy, and strangers shall no longer pass through her. 18 And it shall come to pass in that day that the mountains shall drip with new wine, the hills shall flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah shall flow with water, and a fountain shall come forth from the house of the LORD, and shall water the valley of Shittim. 19 Egypt shall be a desolation, and Edom shall be a desolate wilderness, for the violence against the children of Judah, because they have shed innocent blood in their land. 20 But Judah shall abide forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation. 21 For I will cleanse their blood that I have not cleansed, for the LORD dwells in Zion.
Amos 9:13-15 : 13 Behold, the days come, says the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that sows seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. 14 And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens and eat the fruit of them. 15 And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, says the LORD your God.
Mic 7:14-15 : 14 Feed your people with your rod, the flock of your heritage, who dwell solitarily in the woodland, in the midst of Carmel; let them feed in Bashan and Gilead, as in the days of old. 15 According to the days of your coming out of the land of Egypt will I show him marvelous things.
Mic 7:18-19 : 18 Who is a God like you, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? He does not retain his anger forever, because he delights in mercy. 19 He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and you will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
Zeph 3:14-20 : 14 Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem. 15 The LORD has taken away your judgments, he has cast out your enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of you: you shall see evil no more. 16 In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear not: and to Zion, Let not your hands be weak. 17 The LORD your God in the midst of you is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over you with joy; he will rest in his love, he will rejoice over you with singing. 18 I will gather those who are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of you, to whom the reproach of it was a burden. 19 Behold, at that time I will undo all that afflict you: and I will save her who is lame, and gather her who was driven out; and I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. 20 At that time I will bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, says the LORD.
Zech 8:20-23 : 20 Thus says the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities: 21 And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go quickly to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also. 22 Yes, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD. 23 Thus says the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the garment of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.
Rev 21:4 : 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things have passed away.
