Verse 44

Nevertheless, in their presumption, they went up toward the top of the hill, but neither the ark of the LORD's covenant nor Moses moved from the camp.

Each man fled to his tent, and the slaughter was very great—thirty thousand Israelite foot soldiers fell. 11 The Ark of God was captured, and Eli’s two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, died.
