10David said to Saul, 'Why do you listen to the words of men who say, "David seeks your harm"?'
6David then answered and said to Ahimelech the Hittite and to Abishai son of Zeruiah, Joab's brother, "Who will go down with me to Saul in the camp?" Abishai said, "I will go down with you."
4Then the Lord called to Samuel, and he answered, "Here I am!"
13David said to the young man who brought him the report, 'Where are you from?' He answered, 'I am the son of an Amalekite sojourner.'
21When the woman came to Saul and saw that he was greatly distressed, she said to him, "Behold, your servant has obeyed you. I have taken my life in my hands and done as you requested.

15Samuel said to Saul, "Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?" Saul answered, "I am deeply distressed. The Philistines are waging war against me, and God has turned away from me. He no longer answers me, not by prophets or by dreams. Therefore, I have called upon you to tell me what I should do."
27The king also said to Zadok the priest, 'Do you not see? Go back to the city in peace, with your son Ahimaaz and Jonathan, the son of Abiathar, your two sons with you.'
