    8The father of Publius was bedridden, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went to him, prayed, laid his hands on him, and healed him.

    22But now I urge you to take courage, because not one of you will lose your life; only the ship will be lost.

  • 28And do not be frightened in any way by those who oppose you. This is a sign to them of their destruction, but of your salvation—and that from God.
