The officers shall then say to the people: 'If anyone has built a new house and has not yet dedicated it, let him go back to his house, lest he die in battle and another dedicate it.'

10Consider now, for the LORD has chosen you to build a house as the sanctuary. Be strong and do it.

3Prepare roads for yourself and divide your land into three regions, the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, so that anyone who kills someone may flee there.
