To the Reubenites and the Gadites I gave the land extending from Gilead to the Arnon Valley, with the valley as the border, as far as the Jabbok River, the border of the Ammonites.

And vnto Ruben ad Gad, I gaue from Gilead vnto the ryuer of Arnon ad half the valey ad the coste, eue vnto the ryuer Iabock which is the border of the childern of Ammon,
And vnto the Rubenites and Gaddites I gaue one parte of Gilead vnto the ryuer of Arnon (at the myddes of the ryuer is ye border) and vnto the ryuer Iabok, which is the border of the children of Ammon:

15 Moses gave to the tribe of the Reubenites, according to their clans:

2 Sihon, king of the Amorites, who lived in Heshbon, ruled from Aroer on the edge of the Arnon Valley, including the middle of the valley and half of Gilead, as far as the Jabbok River, the border of the Ammonites.
3 He also ruled over the Arabah to the east, from the Sea of Kinnereth to the Salt Sea, eastward along the way to Beth Jeshimoth, and to the south at the base of the slopes of the Pisgah.
25 The LORD has made the Jordan a boundary between us and you—you Reubenites and Gadites! You have no share in the LORD.’ So your descendants might cause ours to stop worshiping the LORD.
9 So the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh left the other Israelites at Shiloh in the land of Canaan to return to their own land of Gilead, the land of their possession, which they had acquired at the command of the LORD through Moses.
10 When they came to the regions by the Jordan in the land of Canaan, the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh built a large and impressive altar there by the Jordan.
11 Then the Israelites heard it said, 'Look, the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have built an altar on the border of the land of Canaan, by the region of the Jordan, on the Israelite side.'
22 They took possession of the entire region of the Amorites, from the Arnon to the Jabbok and from the wilderness to the Jordan.
29 Moses said to them, "If the sons of Gad and the sons of Reuben cross the Jordan with you, every man armed for battle before the Lord, and the land is subdued before you, then you shall give them the land of Gilead as a possession.
6 Moses, the servant of the Lord, and the Israelites defeated them. And Moses, the servant of the Lord, gave their land as an inheritance to the Reubenites, the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh.
13 The king of the Ammonites answered Jephthah’s messengers, 'When Israel came out of Egypt, they took away my land from the Arnon to the Jabbok and as far as the Jordan. Now return it peacefully.'
14 For the tribe of the Reubenites by their ancestral clans, the tribe of the Gadites by their ancestral clans, and half the tribe of Manasseh have taken their inheritance.
15 These two and a half tribes have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan, east of Jericho, toward the sunrise.

37 But as for the land of the Ammonites, you did not go near it, nor to the banks of the Jabbok River, nor to the cities of the hill country, nor to anything else the LORD our God had instructed us not to touch.
24 Israel defeated him with the sword and took possession of his land from the Arnon to the Jabbok, as far as the Ammonites, for the border of the Ammonites was fortified.
1 Then Joshua called the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half-tribe of Manasseh.
27 Next to the territory of Zebulun, from the eastern boundary to the western boundary: Gad, one portion.

20 The Jordan formed its eastern boundary. This was the inheritance of the tribe of Benjamin, according to its boundaries and clans.
15 The ravines of the valleys that extend to the settlement of Ar and rest along the border of Moab.
5 They said, "If we have found favor in your sight, let this land be given to your servants as a possession. Do not make us cross the Jordan."
