14Moses went down from the mountain to the people, consecrated them, and they washed their garments.
15He said to the people, 'Be ready by the third day; do not go near a woman.'

23Moses said to the LORD, 'The people cannot come up Mount Sinai because You yourself warned us, saying: Set boundaries around the mountain and consecrate it.'
24The LORD replied, 'Go down and bring Aaron up with you. But the priests and the people must not force their way up to the LORD, or He will break out against them.'
31Moses was amazed at what he saw. As he approached to look more closely, he heard the voice of the Lord say,
7So Moses came and summoned the elders of the people. He set before them all the words that the LORD had commanded him.

3Moses came and told the people all the LORD's words and laws. The people responded with one voice, saying, "We will do everything the LORD has said."
10While Aaron was speaking to the whole assembly of the Israelites, they turned toward the wilderness, and there was the glory of the LORD appearing in the cloud.
