5When the camp prepares to set out, Aaron and his sons shall come and take down the curtain and cover the ark of the testimony with it.
19He spread the tent over the Tabernacle and placed the covering of the tent on top, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
31Moses was amazed at what he saw. As he approached to look more closely, he heard the voice of the Lord say,
4When the people heard this bad news, they mourned, and no one put on any ornaments.
5For the LORD had said to Moses, 'Tell the Israelites, ‘You are a stiff-necked people. If I were to go with you for even a moment, I might destroy you. Now take off your ornaments, and I will decide what to do with you.’
14Moses went down from the mountain to the people, consecrated them, and they washed their garments.
8Moses quickly bowed to the ground and worshiped.
1The LORD spoke to Moses, saying:
29"Just as you say," Moses replied, "I will never see your face again."
20Then the entire assembly of the Israelites left Moses' presence.
7If the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not look intently at Moses’ face because of its glory, which was passing away,
34These are the commandments the LORD gave Moses for the Israelites on Mount Sinai.
25So Moses went down to the people and told them.
2Be ready in the morning, and come up to Mount Sinai in the morning and stand before Me there on the top of the mountain.
34They also brought the covering of ram skins dyed red, the covering of fine leather, and the curtain for shielding.
15Then Moses turned and went down the mountain with the two tablets of the testimony in his hands—tablets that were inscribed on both sides, front and back.
