10 This is what the Lord GOD says, 'Behold, I am against the shepherds, and I will demand My flock from their hand and stop them from shepherding My flock. The shepherds will no longer feed themselves, for I will rescue My flock from their mouths, so it will no longer be food for them.'
11 For this is what the Lord GOD says: 'Behold, I Myself will search for My flock and look after them.
12 As a shepherd looks after his scattered sheep when he is with them, so I will look after My flock. I will rescue them from all the places where they were scattered on a day of clouds and darkness.

20 Yet you say, 'The way of the Lord is not just.' But I will judge each of you according to your own ways, house of Israel.

This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Behold, I am about to set you ablaze, and it will devour every green tree and every dry tree within you. The blazing flame will not be quenched, and every face from the south to the north will be scorched by it.

38 I will purge you of those who rebel and transgress against me. Even though I bring them out from the land where they are living, they will not enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
