16 Therefore, behold, I will allure her, lead her into the wilderness, and speak tenderly to her.
2 So I bought her for fifteen pieces of silver, a homer of barley, and a lethech of barley.
3 And I said to her, "You must stay with me for many days. You shall not engage in prostitution or belong to another man, and I will also remain loyal to you."

7 I will recount the LORD's kindnesses, the praises of the LORD, according to all the LORD has done for us—yes, the great goodness to the house of Israel, which he has granted them according to his compassion and the abundance of his steadfast love.
37 I will cause you to pass under the rod and will bring you into the bond of the covenant.
20 For long ago I broke your yoke and tore off your bonds, but you said, ‘I will not serve!’ Indeed, on every high hill and under every green tree you lay down as a prostitute.
26 I will make a covenant of peace with them, an everlasting covenant. I will establish them and increase their numbers, and I will set My sanctuary among them forever.
