31But eagerly desire the greater gifts. And now I will show you a more excellent way.

10Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, especially to those who belong to the household of faith.

12to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ,
7But just as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in all diligence, and in the love we inspired in you—see that you also excel in this grace of giving.
26What then shall we say, brothers and sisters? When you come together, each one has a hymn, a teaching, a revelation, a tongue, or an interpretation. Everything must be done so that the church may be built up.
9For we know in part and we prophesy in part,
10According to the grace God has given me, like a wise master builder, I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each one should be careful how they build.
6The one who is taught the word should share all good things with the one who teaches.
5I wish that all of you spoke in tongues, but I would rather you prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless they interpret so that the church may be built up.
15Neither do we go beyond our limits by boasting in the labors of others. But our hope is that as your faith continues to grow, our sphere of activity among you will greatly expand,
13We, however, will not boast beyond proper limits, but will confine our boasting to the sphere of service God has assigned to us, a sphere that also includes you.
7Of this gospel I became a servant, according to the gift of God’s grace that was given to me through the working of His power.
5Through Him, we have received grace and apostleship to bring about the obedience of faith for the sake of His name among all the nations,
14Indeed, the body is not one member but many.
4God also bore witness with signs and wonders and various miracles, and by distributions of the Holy Spirit according to His will.
31For you can all prophesy one by one, so that everyone may learn and be encouraged.
6I pray that your partnership in the faith may become effective through knowing every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ.
