Transliteration

And wayyōʾmer if nāʾ I have māṣāʾtî ḥēn in your ʿênekā my ʾădōnāy, let yēlek-nāʾ my ʾădōnāy in our qirḇēnû, for ʿam-qəšēh-ʿōrep̄ he is, and you shall wəsālaḥtā to our ʿăwōnēnû and to our ḥaṭṭāʾtēnû and ûnəḥaltānû.
